We always try to send your order as soon as possible after payment. If you order before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. We have a delivery time of 3 working days for the Netherlands and Germany. 3-5 working days apply for Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and England. The condition is of course that the product is in stock and has been paid for.
We strive to deliver as many products from our own stock as possible. If a product is not in stock and cannot be delivered within a short period of time, we will contact you regarding the expected delivery time. Due to good service from our suppliers, we will usually be able to deliver within 7 working days. If you want to be 100% sure whether a certain item is in stock, you can always contact our customer service.

The delivery time refers to the number of working days after your payment has been received and your order has been shipped. We would like to emphasize that we also depend on our carrier.
After your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find a tracking code with which you can track your order online. You can track your order in real time on your personal account page. This status is refreshed every time your order passes an inscan station.
When you are not at home
The carrier will try to deliver your order to you. If you are not at home, you will find a note in your mailbox with your personal and unique track & trace code. You can then decide whether you want to have the package offered again or whether you want to provide an alternative delivery address.
Warranty or Defects
We are also available for warranty cases or defects. In case of a warranty or defect, we advise you to contact us first before returning the package. Pack return goods and solid to prevent damage. To speed things up, we ask you to report a warranty or defect to info@JL-Vision.nl with a clear complaint description and your customer number.
The warranty period on our products is at least 1 year. Longer warranty periods can be found on our website or in the documentation you receive with your order.
How to apply for a warranty
You can send your warranty request to info@JL-Vision.nl. Please clearly state your order number in the subject and indicate what is defective with a clear complaint description and possibly with digital photos.
Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days
JL-Vision strives for optimal customer satisfaction, that is why we offer our customers a right of withdrawal of 14 days after delivery of the product. We use the guidelines of Webshop Keurmerk. This means that you have a trial period of 14 calendar days within which you can decide that you want to return your order. We would like to receive an announcement of your return notification by email. After receiving the product, we will transfer the amount back to your account within 14 days.
How do you return
Within the return period you can return the product, complete and in original packaging (if reasonably possible), without giving any reason. You must pay the postage costs for the return. If you want to return items, you can easily send an email to info@JL-vision.nl. Please state your order number for a quick settlement. Indicate in your message what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or have it credited. You can then send a copy of this e-mail with the return shipment. Shipping is always at the expense and risk of the sender, so pack your shipping very well to prevent damage.
